Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yunxi Aroma. We are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States, Southeast Asia and Europe.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.90
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more
• Expedited Shipping: $25.00, if available.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal before taxes, discounts, and shipping fees.

Promotional discounts may have different shipping eligibility requirements.

3. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: approximately 15–17 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

The estimated delivery time does not include order processing time.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Yunxixiang@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address after an order has been shipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery procedures.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors.
2. Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.
3. Contact us at Yunxixiang@outlook.com if you need assistance.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Photos of the shipping package
• Photos of the damaged product

We will review the information and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, undeliverable, or the shipping address was incorrect, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the package be shipped again.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via https://yunxiaroma.com/contact-us/

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to carrier or transportation restrictions. If a shipping restriction affects your order, we will contact you with additional information.
